The sectors represented at Messe München trade fairs - from the construction industry, real estate industry and electrical industry to German mechanical engineering and even the sports industry - continue to be male-dominated. Not only are female visitors underrepresented, but there are also still few female decision-makers and experts to be seen on the stages, in the forums and at the companies' stands.
Messe München therefore took the initiative back in 2015 to counteract this imbalance and launched the Frauen-Verbinden network. The cooperation with 1st ROW & WOMEN SPEAKER is now the logical step towards making our decision-makers in the network and other interested female experts more visible at our events - and beyond.
